CX@Rutgers Online Winter 2018 (Feb 12. - Apr. 16)
CX@RUTGERS Online Certificate program is an executive education program where participants learn through an online learning portal and live office hours how to analyze, build and lead new valuable customer experiences to drive ROI and business outcomes. Participants who complete the program and an optional exam are also eligible to receive up to 3 elective graduate credits in the Rutgers' Master in Business & Science Program. The price of the program includes course materials, learning portal and mentoring office hours.
