When you complete this 8 module program, you’ll receive a full Rutgers Certificate, suitable for framing. Once you pass an optional exam, you’re eligible to receive a waiver for 3 elective graduate credits towards your Masters in Business & Science degree at Rutgers.
What you can expect…
During the program, you’ll access the Rutgers online learning portal. Each of the 8 module is presented weekly, along with videos, references, assignments, chat and collaborative sessions. Throughout, you'll work on a capstone project to apply your learnings toward a real or hypothetical problems. By the end of the class, you will have completed your very own Professional Customer Experience Portfolio.
