Medallia Unveils Next-Gen Customer Experience Management Platform

Medallia Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Customer Experience Management and Enterprise Feedback Management software and service provider, has launched new enhancements for Medallia Experience Cloud, which combines human and machine learning on a single consolidated platform. The platform’s high-end machine learning capabilities enable it to process oodles of customer data that helps users unearth strategic insights to initiate effective action, which enhances customer engagement and experience.

The co-founder and CEO of Medallia, Borge Hold, unveiled the enhancements of Medallia Experience Cloud at Experience 17 - the signature event for the Medallia community that is held at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The main platform hosts six crucial components namely Insights and Analytics, Performance Measurement, Action Management, Feedback Management, Company Engagement, and Reputation Management. Promoting unmatched reliability and scalability, Medallia Experience Cloud redefines customer experience management by providing companies with relevant tools to drive relevant action, ensure engagement, quantify performance, and manage reputation.
The new product offering features five new enhancements including Admin Suite, In-App Feedback, Medallia Voices, New Survey Design, and Text Analytics: Theme Explorer. Right from enabling companies to apprehend experiences across several customer touch points and data sources, to helping them engage with their user base within native apps on a real time basis, the enhancements leverage machine learning to completely transform customer experience management. Medallia has announced that the new enhancements are all set to be rolled out within a few weeks.
